At DEIMLING/jeliho Plastics, assembly services were a natural progression from our early “shoot and ship” work, and are now a fundamental part of who we are.

We supply both simple and complex sub-assemblies from internally produced and decorated plastics parts combined with a wide variety of purchased components.

Some customers rely on us to both manufacture their product and to ship the individually packaged finished goods directly to their wholesale and retail accounts.

To meet our customers’ requirements DEIMLING utilizes a full range of in-house multi-phase assembly, bonding and decoration services.

DEIMLING/jeliho builds many of the tools and fixtures used in our assembly and decoration processes, allowing us to provide an economical custom solution to a particular need. Equipment and tooling not manufactured by us is purchased from our network of standard and custom machine makers.

In addition, we maintain a network of industry “gurus” who are available to provide their expertise for unique challenges.
